An American restaurateur and a television personality. Few restaurateurs have both the business savvy and passion for food that Arpaia does. While her credentials as a restaurateur are impeccable, halfway through her career, Arpaia went to the Italian Culinary Academy and returned to the food industry as a force to be reckoned with.
Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Manco began his practice in his mother family restaurant where he made his first pizza at the age of six. Giuseppe’s pizza expertise are Neapolitan Style, Gluten Free, Alternative Flour and Roman Style that he recently perfected with his mentors Massimiliano Saieva and Francesco Crovetti. He’s also the winner of Las Vegas World Championship in the “Italian style” division.
